1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of tidalneon.com ("Tidal Neon", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of tidalneon.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Eligibility

Tidal Neon is intended only for users aged 19 or over. By using it you confirm you are 19 or over.

3. Virtual coins

  • Coins come free with the account and are never charged for.
  • They carry no monetary value and are not money, credit or property.
  • Coins cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn, passed to another player or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. Nothing on the site can be purchased.
  • No prize of real-world value is on offer.
  • We may change or reset coins, levels and features at any time.

4. No real-money gambling

Tidal Neon does not offer or promote real-money gambling, and does not link to gambling operators.

5. Your account

  • You need a free account to play. One account per person; do not share it.
  • Keep your password to yourself. Tell us at once if someone else has used your account.
  • If you sign in with Google, keeping that Google account secure is your responsibility, and you confirm the 19+ requirement here in the same way.
  • Delete the account whenever you want from your account page. It is immediate, and it cannot be undone.
  • We may suspend an account that is used to disrupt the site or that we believe belongs to someone under 19.
  • Coins, levels and missions are part of the account and not property of yours; they can be reset.

6. Acceptable use

Do not disrupt the site, do not run automated tools at it, do not offer to trade coins, and do not let anybody under the age limit use your account.

7. Availability and liability

The site is provided as it stands. Any part may be altered or withdrawn. Where something fails, the plays and payouts caught up in it are void. None of these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law, and none of them affects your statutory rights.

8. Law

The law of Ontario applies to these terms, as do the federal laws of Canada in force there.
